Monett Metals produces sand castings and investment castings in most ferrous and specialty alloy grades. Our alloy range is one of the broadest in the specialty foundry market, allowing customers to source a wide variety of cast components from a single, qualified supplier.

Stainless Steel — Corrosion Resistant Alloys

Monett casts 300 and 400 series stainless steels, duplex grades, and super-austenitic alloys for applications requiring corrosion resistance, sanitary compliance, or performance in aggressive chemical environments. Key grades include CF8 (304), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L), CA6NM, CD3MN (2205), CE3MN (2507), CN7M (Alloy 20), CK3MCUN (254 SMO), and others per ASTM A351, A743, A744, A890, and A995.

Carbon & Low-Alloy Steel

Carbon and low-alloy steel castings for pressure-containing and structural applications. Grades include WCA, WCB (ASTM A216), WC6, WC9 (ASTM A217), 8630, LCB, LCC (ASTM A352), and A487 all grades — supporting valve, pump, and structural casting applications across power generation, chemical, and industrial markets.

Nickel-Based Alloys

Monett’s nickel-base capability includes CW12MW (Hastelloy C), CY40 (Inconel 600), M35-1, M35-2 (Monel), M30-H (B-Monel), CZ100 (Cast Nickel), and other grades per ASTM A494 and A560 — used in high-temperature, high-corrosion, and specialty chemical processing applications.

Cobalt-Based Alloys

Alloy 6 (Stellite) and other cobalt-based alloy castings for wear-resistant and high-temperature service in power generation, chemical processing, and other demanding environments.

Heat Resistant Alloys

Heat resistant grades including HC, HF, HH, HK, HT, and HU per ASTM A297 — for applications requiring dimensional stability and oxidation resistance at elevated operating temperatures.

Manganese Steel & Other Alloys

Hadfield manganese steel (MN Steel, ASTM A128) for abrasion and high-impact applications. Copper-based alloys (C95500, C95800 per ASTM B148) also available for select applications.
